Questions We Get at This Point

My licence already expired. Can I still renew?

Yes. There is no deadline. Renew whenever you are ready and the same key starts working again — your profiles, accounts and content are on your own machine and were never touched.

Can I switch to a different plan?

Yes. Pick whichever plan you want above — you are not tied to the one you had before.

I do not remember my login or password.

Your login is the one you use to sign in to the application — open TSS and it is filled in on the sign-in screen. If the password is gone, reset it or write to support with your licence key.

Will I lose my profiles or accounts?

No. Everything lives on your own computer, inside the application. A licence controls whether TSS runs, not what it holds.

This page asked for my password. Is that normal?

Only on www.tubesitessubmitter.com, and only to find which licence to extend. Check the address bar before you type it. We will never ask for your password by e-mail, on Discord, or on any other domain.
